Shipping and Return Policy

The Following are our policies on shipping and return:

RETURN POLICY

To return a product to us for any reason simply contact us via phone at 1-800-638-2378 or email us at . We will issue an RGA number to authorize the return to us. All returned product must be accompanied by an RGA number. Product returned to us without an RGA number will not be considered for replacement or credit.

Wrong Product or Quantity Shipped

If we ship you the wrong product (not the item you ordered), or the incorrect quantity, we will pay all shipping costs for the return of the product to us as well as the freight costs to ship you the replacement or balance of products due.

Damaged in Shipment

Any product damaged in shipment must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. All original packaging materials must be retained for inspection. We will contact the carrier to arrange for inspection and replacement of the product.

Returns

You may return any product to us within 30 days of shipment. You are responsible for freight charges back to us and an RGA must be obtained before shipment. The product must be unused and in new saleable condition. We will refund to you the purchase price less a 15% restocking fee after inspection of the product. Freight charges are non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise under 30 days old

Defective product (under 30 days from ship date) will be replaced at NO CHARGE to the customer. If the product is deemed to be defective, we will ship a replacement product to you at NO CHARGE, or issue you full credit at your request.

Defective Merchandise over 30 days old

For products over 30 days old we will process the warranty based on our standard Warranty Policy. The customer is responsible for all freight costs.

ADJUSTMENT CLAIM HANDLING PROCEDURE

When a customer has presented a Best Battery for adjustment under the terms of the warranty policy a determination must be made that the claim falls under the terms of the warranty and that it is adjustable.

Only those batteries, which will definitely not pass a load test after having been fully recharged, tested and inspected, can be adjusted.

A Returned Goods Authorization must be obtained before returning any product to Best Battery. Please contact us for the RGA.

If the date code has been removed or tampered with, the warranty will be considered void.

ADJUSTMENT SERVICE POLICY

Batteries are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. When defect is evident within the free replacement period, the battery will be replaced or repaired, at the option of the manufacturer, free of charge. Batteries MERELY DISCHARGED are not to be considered as defective.

Batteries rendered inoperative due to freezing, fire, wreckage, gasoline or oil damaging container, abuse, failure to add approved water as needed, or using battery of smaller capacity than recommended by vehicle manufacturer, voids this warranty.

Ratings are based on equivalent specific gravity of 1.275 and as near rate given as mechanically possible for us to make them. Passenger car batteries used for any application other than for passenger cars will be adjusted at one-half the passenger car pro-rata adjustment period.

Proof of date of purchase is required for all claims. This policy is void if the date coding on the battery is removed or destroyed.

All warranties, express or implied, are limited to the duration of this warranty, neither warrantor nor manufacturer shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from defects in the battery.
